PASCAGOULA, Mississippi -- Jackson County Circuit Clerk Joe Martin administers the oath of office to Pascagoula Board of Trustees Member Dan Marks of Gautier for another term of office at the Jan. 13 school board meeting. Board secretary Debbie Ruemenapp holds the Bible for Mr. Marks.
